How To Start A Keto Diet For Weight Loss

I had some leftover potatoes and green beans from last nights dinner and some canned salmon in the pantry so it was a great opportunity to make this Salmon Niçoise salad for lunch today. But what really made this salad shine is the creamy lemon Dijon dressing drizzled on top. 




To make the dressing in a small mason jar combine:

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice.
- splash of red wine vinegar.
- 1 tablespoon creamy Dijon mustard.
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated onion.
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper. .


Cover tightly with lid and shake well until creamy and combined. Layer romaine lettuce 🥬 leaves on a plate. Add potatoes 🥔, green beans, soft boiled egg 🥚, tomatoes 🍅, olives, capers and fresh dill on top along with your protein of choice (salmon, tuna, chicken, tofu, white beans etc.). Drizzle the dressing generously on top of salad.
